Retrofit of the boldly unique 1930s art deco building

Led by Capital & Centric in collaboration with Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and Liverpool City Council, this project will transform the iconic Littlewoods Building into a BREEAM Excellent world-class media hub with film & TV studios. The £70 million 275,000 sq ft masterplan includes reinstating the iconic clock tower, office space, workshops, new studios, a public screening area, and landscaping that honours local screen stars. Our building services team are providing full MEP design and utilities management.
