We offer roles with flexible working and work-life balance. We care about our people’s wellbeing and recognise that personal development is not often linear, but comes with ebbs and flows, and therefore the nature of support and training has to change and grow, as our people do.
Our spirit of collaboration is underlined through our in-house mentoring programme. This allows every team member to learn from, be inspired and guided by, the wealth of experts and years of experience across Civic. The style of that mentoring is codesigned too, set by the people themselves, it can range from a lunchtime learning ‘walk and talk’ to a location learning site-based visit, to a theory based session.

Volunteering opportunities
We offer annual paid volunteering leave as part of our employee benefits package, in the form of either two days of volunteering in the UK or a week of volunteering abroad.
