The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) is just around the corner, and we’re proud to be supporting as a session partner for the third year running.

This year, our team of system thinkers from across Civic will be attending the conference, with many more taking part in the fringe programme.

Taking place in Leeds from 20-22 May, UKREiiF 2025 is set to feature over 60 stages, bringing together more than 1,250 expert speakers, and aims to drive economic growth and a more sustainable and inclusive culture in the built environment.

It’s a big date in our calendar, which aligns with our commitment to create positive impact for people, place and the planet.

Don’t miss our panel session, ‘Building trust with communities – the value of developing with a conscience’, taking place on Wednesday 21st May from 12.30pm – 1.30pm at the Industry in Focus Pavillion.

With development involving so many complex agendas and voices, this session will explore how we strike the right balance between commercial viability, environmental priorities, governance requirements and most importantly building the trust of the communities involved. What can we do better? What lessons can we learn so that shared decision-making and authentic approaches shape the future of our built environment.
