We’re inviting talented and motivated graduates to join our 2026 Graduate Programme across our studios in: Manchester, London, Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dublin. 

As a graduate, you’ll: 

• Contribute to the design and engineering of exciting projects across the UK & Ireland - from new and existing buildings, infrastructure, streets, and public spaces that connect them. 
   
• Collaborate with engineers, award-winning designers, archaeologists, sustainability specialists, and more. 
   
• Develop both your technical and managerial skills through our mentoring, CPD and tailored training programmes. 

We’re looking for graduates in: 

-Civil, Structural, Geotechnical and Transport Engineering 
-Building Services Engineering 
-Sustainability and Climate-Resilient Design 
-Archaeology and Built Heritage
