Aisling Murphy announced as Director for our Ireland studio

As we continue to grow our presence in the Irish market, Aisling Murphy, who joined us just over a year ago, has been promoted to Ireland Director.

Aisling will lead our Irish operations, overseeing the delivery of transport, infrastructure and urban development projects, as well as growing our Irish team and client base. She is a Chartered Engineer and a fellow of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland.

Aisling brings more than 13 years’ experience in transport and infrastructure engineering across Ireland, the UK and internationally, having previously held senior engineering roles across complex projects from early planning and feasibility through to design and construction, in Dublin, London and New York. Her experience includes major public realm and active travel schemes, transport infrastructure and master planning assignments, as well as large-scale international transport projects. She joined us as regional director in March 2025, having worked with Arup as associate and senior engineer for eight years.

Our team are involved in several major Irish regeneration, public-realm and infrastructure projects, including the Grow College Green transformation project, the Hodson Bay Waterfront Park development in Athlone and Tallaght Village Enhancement Scheme. Our CEO Stephen O’Malley is also a member of the Taoiseach’s Dublin City Taskforce looking to revitalise Dublin city centre through a range of major improvement measures.
