A heritage impact assessment and archaeological desk-based assessment were produced by our archaeology team to inform the planning application for the part 28-storey, part 10-storey building designed to reference the City’s Victorian mills. The assessment considered the scale and height of the proposed building on designated and non-designated heritage assets and provided a visual impact assessment.
Our building services team developed the MEP design, including a complete PVC above ground drainage and rainwater system. An all-electric scheme with ASHP for hot water generation and a Whole House MVHR for background ventilation, using openable windows for purge ventilation and overheating.
