Our team are providing civil, structural, transport & movement for Plot C of the masterplan, which will provide 500,000sqft of commercial facilities over two buildings up to 23-storeys and will be the largest office building in Manchester once completed. There is also a large square which will provide high quality outdoor space within the masterplan. Plot C is the first plot to come forward in the overall masterplan.
