Our Leeds director, Leah, is now an ICE Fellow
A massive congratulations to Leah on this huge accomplishment!

We’re very proud to celebrate a huge milestone for our Leeds director, Leah Stuart, who has achieved Fellowship with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE)!
Fellowship is the highest level of membership with the ICE and recognises not just technical expertise, but leadership and influence in the profession. Leah earned this through years of dedication and continuous professional development.
With only around 8.5% of ICE Fellows being women, Leah’s Fellowship is not just a personal milestone but also a reminder of the importance of greater representation in senior engineering roles. Her success is a fantastic example of what’s possible - an inspiration to colleagues and others across the industry.
This Fellowship also opens up exciting opportunities for Leah to contribute on a national scale, influencing projects and policy, and speaking on behalf of the profession to government.
Leah reflects:
“I’m proud to represent a profession which changes the world for the better and need more visible women! I discovered that only 8.5% of ICE Fellows are women, so it’s vital we address this to better reflect society.”
A huge congratulations, Leah!
