During this period, CGL won many awards including for leading the industry as an employer of equal opportunity. I’ve also been an appointed expert witness on more than thirty occasions and I’m the author or co-author of twenty plus academic papers, guidance documents and texts. I have served the local ICE in Southern England in various capacities and as an ICE Reviewer for Chartered Engineer for over 20 years.
