Hi,
I’m Max, a Transport Planner in Civic’s Manchester studio.
I grew up in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia, before moving to Melbourne to study Civil Engineering. During my studies, I developed a passion for traffic engineering and transport planning through a number of undergraduate roles within the traffic and transport sector.
After graduating, I worked as a Traffic Engineer in Melbourne for three years, gaining experience across a diverse range of projects and helping to deliver sustainable transport and traffic solutions for developments. In 2026, I moved to the UK to continue developing my career in transport planning and joined Civic’s Manchester team.
Outside of work, I enjoy following a variety of sports, particularly Australian football (different from football in the UK), Formula 1, and cricket. I also enjoy attending live music events and spending time on my racing sim.
