Hi, I’m Jessie, People & Culture Manager at Civic. In my role I support individuals, managers, and leaders across the organisation, helping to navigate change, strengthen the employee experience, and being someone to talk to when needed. Wellbeing is a subject I’m passionate about, and I’m also focused on continuous improvement across our P&C processes, systems, and policies to help Civic grow in a people‑centred way.
I bring over 10 years of experience in people‑focused roles across global enterprises and high‑growth start‑ups, always with the goal of creating environments where people feel valued and supported. I’m an Associate Member of the CIPD, with a background in Human Resource Management from Salford University.
Outside of work, I’m a big foodie and love to travel—having backpacked across Southeast Asia and explored destinations from South America to South Africa —adventures that continue to inspire me even though I enjoy a slower pace of travel these days with my husband and our fun-loving toddler Izzy.
