Hello, my name is Graeme and I live in such a cool city - Manchester. I’ve been into transportation since university where I studied civil engineering, so plying my trade here gives me plentiful opportunities. I’ve been involved in a vast number of transportation schemes over the last 30 years, ranging in size and complexity from pedestrian crossings to multi-modal transport hubs like ferry terminals and airports.
My main interests at work are designing active travel and bus priority schemes for local government clients; seeing people using and enjoying the benefits of the sustainable infrastructure which I helped deliver gives me a real sense of fulfilment. Fortunately, I work with my fantastic team doing exactly that.
I love nature and the outdoors and I'm a keen hiker and camper, but usually when I’m not in work you’ll probably find me with my family and friends in a local skatepark, at the BMX track or up a mountain somewhere on my bike or snowboard.
