Hi! I’m Fotios. Before moving to Manchester, I worked in London as a Structural BIM Technician for almost eight years. I have built up my experience in commercial, residential, high rise and health care projects all over the UK and the Middle East. In 2009 I graduated from The Technological Institute in Greece and worked there as an assistant site manager. My passion for construction and technology led me to follow the BIM (Building Information Modelling) path. Building Information Modelling allows projects to be built virtually before they are constructed physically, eliminating many inefficiencies and problems that can arise during the construction process. In my spare time, I like to experience the hustle and bustle of the Manchester city centre to its rolling hills and beautiful green spaces.
From a very young age, I came across Kraftwerk. “The Man-Machine” and I am proud owner of their seventh studio album, released in 1978.
