Hi, I’m Ethan, a Graduate Electrical Engineer at Civic, working within the building services team on the electrical design of buildings. In my role, I support the delivery of efficient, safe and compliant electrical systems across a range of projects, contributing to designs that balance performance, sustainability and user needs.
I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Renewable Energy and Clean Technology. During my year in industry, I worked as an Energy Consultant, gaining valuable experience in energy modelling, building performance analysis and low-carbon design strategies. This background has given me a strong understanding of how mechanical, electrical and energy systems interact within the built environment.
I’m passionate about integrating sustainability into the work I do and enjoy applying renewable technologies and energy-efficient solutions to real-world projects. I’m particularly interested in how thoughtful electrical design can support the transition to low-carbon, future-ready buildings.
