Our teams at Civic delivered traffic engineering and public realm design for White Hart Lane and the Station, rebalancing a vehicle-dominated street to prioritise pedestrians and support regeneration. Our work introduced SuDS features including raingardens, permeable paving and structural tree pits, alongside junction tightening, wider crossings and carriageway narrowing, creating safer movement corridors, social spaces and a resilient streetscape aligned with TfL’s Healthy Streets guidance.
