We provided civil and structural engineering design for the new build student accommodation, which included two towers, within Coventry’s Friargate Masterplan, providing 496 studios with shared leisure and social spaces. Our work included analysis and design to the superstructure frames, providing sequencing advice for demolition and construction, and design of a sustainable drainage strategy, all carefully coordinated for a constrained city-centre.
