Our team provided structural design for the £4.5m refurbishment of Wrexham’s 1990 People’s Market, transforming it into Ty Pawb, a new arts and cultural hub. Works included removal of mezzanine and floor units, the provision of bridge structures over new voids, and careful detailing around prestressed concrete elements. The centre now offers galleries, performance spaces, market stalls and a flexible 100-seat theatre.
