Our team supported Plymouth Marjon University in developing a Campus Development Plan to help the University actualise its ambitions of achieving Net Zero by 2035. Our civil and structural engineers advised on Passivhaus retrofits, transport improvements to encourage active travel, and sustainable drainage to reduce flood risk and enhance biodiversity, alongside feasibility studies for new student accommodation through both retrofitted halls and new builds.
