We delivered civil and structural engineering for the redevelopment of Paxton House, a 1970s office converted into 43 residential apartments. Our work included new balconies, a rear access walkway, infill and rooftop extensions, and column removal. We strengthened the lightly reinforced concrete frame using innovative carbon fibre wraps, enabling additional storeys, and at only 2mm thick, ensuring net sellable area was not reduced.
