Services Provided

Designed by Sir James Stirling and Grade II* listed since 2016, the project will transform the iconic building in the City of London into a more sustainable, accessible and future-ready workplace while preserving its architectural significance.

Working with MORE and the wider design team, we are delivering structural engineering services to support a range of interventions, including the conversion of a sixth-floor retail unit into premium office space, the creation of new rooftop pavilions and occupier amenities, and enhancements to the building's public realm and ground-floor spaces. The scheme places sustainability at its heart and embeds innovative sustainability solutions through retaining and refurbishing the majority of the existing structure, embracing circular economy principles and targeting industry-leading environmental standard. Accessibility improvements, including the reopening of the landmark Prow entrance at Bank Junction, will help reconnect the building with the city and create a more welcoming destination for occupiers, visitors and the wider community.
