Colville Estate

Our engineers and community engagement & placemaking experts are working in collaboration with Macreanor Lavington to update the original 2012 masterplan for the regeneration of Phases 4-7 of Colville Estate - addressing recent industry changes and evolving local community needs. We have led on engaging both the Resident Steering Group and a diverse range of local residents, businesses and community organisations to create opportunities for discussion and creative co-design with a technically complex project. The team are evolving the designs for the latest phases of the redevelopment to provide 175 social rent homes. The site is above the Crossrail 2 Safeguarding Zone, protected for future construction of a north-south tunnel through London. Design development has required close consultation with Crossrail 2 to understand the constraints on substructure design, particularly for tall buildings.
