We’ve been recognised at the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter Awards, receiving a Good Employment Award from the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter – a brilliant recognition of our ongoing commitment to fair pay, employee voice, wellbeing, equality, security and flexible working practices across everything we do.
This award reflects our continued focus on building an inclusive, supportive and collaborative workplace culture where people are empowered to shape how we work together. Across team Civic, colleagues play an active role in how we operate day to day as well as how we evolve long term, making sure our values are not just written down, but lived in practice.
Kat Dewell, Head of People and Culture said: “This recognition reflects our people and the culture they continue to build together every day. It’s great to be part of a community across Greater Manchester that’s focused on raising standards for good employment and genuinely improving working lives. At Civic, we believe that when people feel valued they do their best work – and that shows in the outcomes we deliver for the communities we’re proud to serve.”
The Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter Awards celebrate employers who are making a tangible difference to working lives across the region, and we’re proud to be recognised among organisations leading the way in good employment practice.
