We’re about to find out at MIPIM 2026.
Teaming up with Layer.studio and Studio Hoodless, Civic is hosting Circ_it MIPIM 2026 – The Edge Edition, a live, hands-on design hack exploring how good growth moves from ambition to delivery.
Circ_it creates a pop-up creative space where participants come together to test neighbourhood ideas in real time. It operates at the edge, a productive zone where challenge, creativity and collaboration generate new thinking.
At its core, Circ_it is about turning ambition into action. By bringing people, policy and place into the same working environment, the session explores what good growth looks like in practice and what it takes to deliver it. It is designed for those shaping the next generation of great places and navigating the real-world complexity of making them happen.
