I recently completed my integrated master’s course in MEng Civil and Architectural Engineering at the University of Salford, including a one year industrial placement with Kier Highways on the structures team. My interest towards sustainable development grew throughout my education, I always tried to implement sustainable design ideas and systems into my project work at university and went on to do my dissertations in timber connections.
My main passion outside of the industry is travelling to and learning about different cultures, so far, I have travelled around western Europe, Australia and most recently Mauritius. Whilst I am travelling, I like to document things I see in a creative form including paintings.
