Quality and Compliance Administrator

Any Studio

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality & Compliance Administrator to join Civic. This is a newly created role that will support our Quality & Risk Management department and work closely with leadership across the practice, including the bidding team. We are looking for the right candidate to join any one of our studios across the UK.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining our ISO accreditations and industry qualifications, supporting internal systems, and helping integrate new businesses into our group. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is technically minded, organised, and passionate about quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Key elements of the job

  • Maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 accreditations and support new certifications
  • Update and manage Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, supplier vetting, and compliance tracking
  • Manage data entry and user access across platforms (Rapport3, Newforma, Alectro)
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, and staff CV/profile updates
  • Collate and report environmental performance data in line with Net Zero goals
  • Proofread contracts and legal documents for accuracy and consistency

Key skills / competencies

  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards
  • Experience with data entry and project management platforms (e.g., Rapport3, Newforma)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Adobe InDesign is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access is an advantage
