You’ll be collaborative, organised, and proactive, with excellent attention to detail. You’ll enjoy being part of a creative team that makes a positive impact on the built environment, while having the freedom to shape and develop your role.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe InDesign
- Experience managing the full bidding process
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively
- Confidence in managing and improving bid processes
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and producing bids across the studio (e.g. PQQs, tenders, capability statements, presentations)
- Maintaining and developing bid information libraries
- Creating and managing bid files and supporting documents
- Supporting marketing activities including website content, award submissions, and promotional material
- Collaborating with colleagues across all studios and occasional travel to Manchester, Leeds, London, and Glasgow/Edinburgh
We’re looking for a team player with a positive attitude — someone who goes the extra mile to help our studios operate at their best.
